Godaddy account crack ???

Today i received a receipt email from godaddy abt my recent purchase, but the problem is i never make that purchase and there is zero credit with my debit card (top up when i need to do online purchase) ....Just wonder how godaddy approve the purchase when my debit have no credit and how that idiot crack/hack my account .....Or this is Goddady fraud ?
